First day

The Valpolicella of Parks, Water and Villages.
Day dedicated to the villages and mountain wonders of the thousand valleys that together make up Valpolicella. E-bike tour, M-bike, with local guide, maximum 12 people. Max. Height 980 meters, difference in altitude 780 meters. Full day, departure from Negrar

ITINERARY

• Meeting with our guide and delivery of the Bike in Negrar.
• Just out of Negrar our first stop to visit the site of the Roman Villa and its splendid mosaics.
• We then continue north, up to Prun to visit the kingdom of stone quarrymen, a surprising visit between columns and galleries artfully dug since the thirteenth century to be worked by the friars of San Zeno.
• We continue on the road that leads us first to Fane, a small hamlet of Sant'Anna di Alfaedo, home to an astronomical observatory and then to the Ponte di Veja, a natural stone arch inside the Parco delle Falesie della Lessina.
• A walk under and above the arch is worth all the time we dedicate to it, caves, gigantic chestnut trees, a historic fountain, endless views that demand a photo and then the classic restaurant-bar-meeting place in front of which passes the famous European path number 5 that starting from Brittany, reaches Italy and ends in Venice.
• A coffee and we continue our itinerary towards the last village north of Valpolicella, Fosse, where we will visit a dairy and taste the cheeses of Valtellina, before stopping for lunch.
• In the afternoon we descend towards the valley, meeting three other wonders, Breonio, Gorgusello, two beautiful stone villages, villages where time seems to have stopped, despite the speed that seems to overwhelm everything.
• A few more kilometers and we immerse ourselves in the beautiful Molina Waterfall Park.
• A stop of about an hour and a half to follow the easy path that leads to the most beautiful waterfalls.
• Already almost towards the end of the afternoon we resume our bikes, descending towards Fumane, crossing an enchanted territory, among vineyards, olive groves, cherry orchards and farmhouses surrounded by greenery.
• Arrival in Fumane, a village at the foot of Monte Pastello, with the colors left on its slopes by the pink stone quarries, and its breathtaking views that reach up to 1228 meters.
• Stone, wines and extra virgin olive oil, Fumane is the right place to stop for a tasting of local products, for dinner and overnight stay.

Second Day:

The Valpolicella of Valleys and Landscapes.
Day dedicated to the landscapes and wonders of the hills that smell of the lake, among the Villas, vineyards and colors of Valpolicella. E-bike tour, M-bike, with local guide, maximum 12 people. Max. Height 467 meters, difference in altitude 290 meters. Full day, departure from Fumane.

ITINERARY

• We start from Fumane, we start from a village at the foot of Monte Pastello and Monte Solane, an area full of wine bars, farms, wineries and emotions.
• Leaving the village we begin an itinerary that is a splendid panoramic dive on Valpolicella. We walk along the Via Roma cycle path which then becomes Via Costa, a road that, among olive groves and vineyards, will take us to Mazzurega and the Solane Sanctuary (visit included).
• From there begins a new almost flat path from the beautiful natural landscapes that accompany us to the beautiful Pieve di San Giorgio in Valpolicella (visit included).
• We will visit this beautiful village and take a break for a coffee.
• Now the road descends into the plain to Bure, not without giving you other panoramic points and between Bure and San Pietro in Cariano where we will visit a winery, with tasting, before sitting down at the table for lunch.
• In the afternoon we head south, towards the Adige to visit Pescantina, the last municipality south of Valpolicella. Pescantina, ancient river port where the fishing boats of Lake Garda were built and currently the center of the production of Peaches of Garda (from June to August "Fishing on the table"). After visiting the historic center, we follow the course of the river to the Parco Ottocento and from there we climb towards Negrar.
• Arrival in Negrar in the late afternoon.

Third day:

The Valpolicella of the thousand tones of Taste.
Day dedicated to taste, flavors, the beautiful Agricultural Estates in the heart of the Valley. E-bike tour, M-bike, with local guide, maximum 12 people. Max. Height 359 meters, difference in altitude 240 meters. Full day, departure from Negrar.

ITINERARY

• A day of many flavors, a day dedicated to taste, wines, oil, cheeses and the stories of those who managed to integrate man in these valleys, improving and improving them.
• A coexistence that when done with passion always results in a wonder for the eyes and the soul.
• First stop, Marano, where the farms blend in with the territory, often in villas or medieval villages of extraordinary beauty.
• Here we can taste the wines, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Valley and the traditional cheeses such as Monte Veronese and Ubriacone all'amarone, or the famous suppressed.
• From Marano we descend towards Valgatara, a path that runs along a wonderful corner of Valpolicella, full of charm and farms.  We continue towards Fumane and then descend to Gargagnago, the Borgo dell'Amarone, a small village at the foot of the hills of San Giorgio that cross the heart of the valley, surrounded by simply enchanting places between wine, landscapes and poetry.
• And so dominated by a breathtaking view we will stop at an equally splendid farm to taste other local products in a different lunch break.
• In the afternoon we descend again to lie on the banks of the Adige and then climb towards San Pietro in Cariano, San Floriano and finally to Villa Bertani to visit a historic company, in a historic villa and a production of excellence.
• We end our day returning to Negrar.
