History, culture, music, castles and charming villages seasoned with the flavors of products that have made Italy famous in the world and this province at the center of the legendary Via Emilia and gastronomic Italy

What will we do:
Day 1 – Parma, Italian Capital of Culture 2021
We start our day by meeting our guide who will lead you to know the streets, squares and most important monuments of the capital of the ancient and rich Duchy of Parma and Piacenza. The city is famous in the world for Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham but in reality these two products are only a part of the important gastronomic heritage that includes many other products related to the territory and that are proudly displayed in the 8 food museums scattered throughout the Parma area.
But Parma is also art and culture, music and lifestyle and therefore our itinerary will be organized in such a way as to offer a complete and non-monothematic vision of this beautiful city on the Via Emilia.
A slow day full of surprises, flavors and smiles, in complete safety.
Free evening, but we are and will always be available for information and also to better organize your dinner, in the city or in the surroundings.
Day 2 – The Parma area, among castles, nature and flavors
The day starts early to be able to witness the "rise" of the wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano in a beautiful dairy not far from the center. We will appreciate with our guide the stages of processing and at the end we will taste the various seasonings.
We will continue the day taking the road to Langhirano, where we will visit the Parma Ham Museum and at the end of the visit we will taste this specialty known all over the world.
A few minutes by road to get to the farmhouse with a panoramic view of the city of Parma, to have lunch to the rhythm of local products.
In the afternoon visit to the beautiful Castle of Torrechiara, the castle, built in the mid-fifteenth century by the magnificent Pier Maria Rossi and perfectly preserved, is the Kingdom of the love story between Pier Maria Rossi and the beloved Bianca Pellegrini, a fairy tale that we will tell you between the three rows of imposing walls and golden rooms.
In the late afternoon return to Parma.
Day 3 – The plain, the great river and its secrets
Today we head towards the Po river, precisely in Zibello, a small town that hides a millenary passion that has given us one of the most precious products of this region, precious and exclusive because only in these 5 square kilometers is produced the Culatello di Zibello. We will visit the Antica Corte Pallavicina, a beautiful village / castle transformed into a farmhouse and restaurant that offers all the products of the place.
After visiting the courtyard we will move on to the Culatello Museum and then the Azienda Agricola alle Sale Nobili before sitting at the table and tasting the dishes that chef Massimo Spigaroli will prepare for us.
In the afternoon return to Parma passing through the Castle of Torrebianca and the splendid Reggia di Colorno, now home to ALMA, the international school of Italian cuisine.
Final evening with dinner in a historic restaurant in the center of Parma. This evening concludes our proposal to visit Parma and surroundings
